Rental Prices & Conditions
  • Taxes, electricity, water use and cleaning charges for normal
    use.

  • Linen rental is optional.

  • The house does not have a telephone. It is recommended that
    you bring your own  mobile phone.


    Note: now most car rental companies in France do offer mobile
    phone rental services as well.
  1. A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit, 25% of
    the total amount due.
  2. A key deposit of 350 Euros and the balance will be due 2 weeks
    prior to the arrival date.
  3. The key deposit will be returned after inspection, no later than
    one month after departure.
